Welcome to WAV's Support Portal. Here you can access downloads, manage assets, and view common support issues in our knowledge base.

Portal Logs

  • Jan. 8, 2018, 12:13 p.m. :: The ability to set the IUI on rXg assets is complete. The system will push the change to RGNets and retrieve the license when it is ready (usually within a couple minutes).
  • Dec. 28, 2017, 4:48 p.m. :: The ability to edit the domain name was added. This will push the new domain name to RGNets and modify the local copy until the synctool kicks in.
  • Oct. 5, 2017, 11:36 a.m. :: The email alert feature has been added. Users will now be notified when their assets are 30/60/90 days away from expiration, and when the asset license has been modified.
  • Sept. 26, 2017, 8:46 p.m. :: Additional data is now visible when viewing rXg assets.
  • Sept. 26, 2017, 8:44 p.m. :: The SyncTool is up and running, so assets are automatically synced with RGNets' database.
